CLA is looking to add to their Cybersecurity Team and add a Business Engagement Associate.
This role is responsible for coordinating engagements with the client contacts and CLA service line team, and ensuring that each engagement is scheduled, executed, and completed to meet the client expectations, internal quality standards, and signed Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW) deliverables. They also assist service line directors with team training.
Essential Job Functions The below functions reflect the general details of the essential work activities and accountabilities of this position and are not all inclusive. Other activities may be assigned.
Essential Job Functions
•Executes engagement lifecycle from planning stage to final report delivery
•Coordinates time-sensitive and/or confidential project elements (documents, equipment, etc.)
•Participates in specialized service line projects as directed by Engagement Director
•Assists in monthly quality review of engagements
•Establishes communication channels to stakeholders, internal teams, and external teams to ensure concerns are heard and adequately addressed
•Provides timely communication to key project stakeholders and ensures internal satisfaction and collaboration
•Interprets and relays guidance on best practices for engagement policy and procedures •Attends team interviews with leaders
•Assists in training new hires in role and service-specific functions Requirements
Experience
•2 years of experience in business operations, project management, or related is required
Education
•Bachelor's degree required (combination of education, experience, and training may be considered a degree equivalent)
