The Finance Transformation CAO Communications Team is responsible for holding the pen on deliverables for Senior Leadership (CEO, COO, CFO), the Board, and Regulators, and addressing ad hoc requests, ensuring consistency of content, tone and message across materials. This includes quarterly progress reports to the regulators, transformation updates to the Board, updates to International regulatory agencies, and monthly updates to an Executive Dashboard. This role will support the creation of content as a penholder for critical transformation deliverables.
Responsibilities:
- Supports the preparation and writing of deliverables that go to leadership, Regulators, Committees, and the Board
- Succinctly capture content in the approved templates capturing the message both comprehensively and succinctly geared to the audiences who will review and receive the documents
- Ensure all comments provided are addressed by the appropriate people, following up with stakeholders as needed to close out open questions
- Captures data on milestone progress from systems of record and closure documents, ensuring the “as of date” of documents matches the systems of record
- Peer reviews content written
- Partners with Communications leads on reaching out to stakeholders to review and approve content ensuring all approvals required are obtained and storing the approvals
- Supports the planning and scheduling of reviews and prep sessions with leadership, Regulatory Engagement and 2 and 3 LOD
- Stores latest version of all deliverables in centralized SharePoint
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant work experience, with relevant industry knowledge & delivery track record
- Strong oral communication skills and relationship management skills to collaborate and coordinate with stakeholders and leadership
- Strong written communication skills – ability to succinctly capture messages and roll them up to the appropriate audience level
- Nice to have: Finance knowledge including Liquidity Management, Capital Management, and Risk Weighted Assets
- Strong organizational skills and project management skills
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Requires diplomacy skills to guide and influence others
- Experience and demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a complex and dynamic environment
- Self-motivated
- Should demonstrate a commitment to quality and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal relationships with ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders
Education:
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:
$98,960.00 - $148,440.00
