About Bubble Beauty:

Bubble is a dermatologist-approved skincare brand built for the next generation. We’re on a mission to make skincare more accessible, effective, and fun—and our people are at the heart of that mission. As we continue to scale across retail, digital, and creative channels, we’re focused on building a world-class team that fuels our growth.

To support our ambitious hiring goals, we’re seeking a Contract Corporate Recruiter to help us identify, attract, and hire top talent across marketing, creative, operations, retail, and corporate functions.

About the Role:

As a Contract Corporate Recruiter, you’ll own the end-to-end recruitment cycle, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience while helping us meet critical business hiring needs. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers not only to fill immediate roles but also to anticipate future talent needs as the brand scales.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment, can balance multiple priorities, and understands the importance of building both immediate pipelines and long-term talent strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand business needs, role requirements, and team culture to design tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Anticipate future hiring needs, developing proactive pipelines and workforce plans that support the brand’s rapid growth.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, feedback collection, reference checks, and offer negotiations.
  • Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, industry networks, referrals, and creative search tactics.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for priority roles across marketing, creative, operations, retail, and corporate functions.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, clearly communicating Bubble’s values, culture, and career opportunities to prospective candidates.
  • Advise HR and leadership on talent market trends, providing insights that help align hiring strategies with business scaling needs.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews efficiently, ensuring smooth communication between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels.
  • Track and report hiring progress, maintaining accurate and organized data in ATS systems or recruitment trackers.
  • Provide weekly hiring updates to HR leadership, highlighting successes, challenges, and pipeline metrics.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience—clear communication, timely follow-up, and a respectful, inclusive process at every stage.
  • Support onboarding preparation in partnership with HR and hiring managers to ensure seamless transitions for new hires.

Deliverables & Success Metrics:

During the 3-month contract, success will be measured by:

  • Hiring Delivery: Filling 8–12 roles (varied across corporate, creative, and retail functions), depending on business priorities.
  • Pipeline Development: Building and maintaining at least 2–3 strong candidate pipelines per key function to support scaling needs.
  • Time-to-Fill: Maintaining an average time-to-fill of 30–40 days or better across open roles.
  • Candidate Experience: Achieving positive candidate feedback scores and ensuring a seamless, professional process.
  • Manager Satisfaction: Earning strong satisfaction ratings from hiring managers on partnership, communication, and quality of candidates.
  • Scalability: Providing recommendations to HR on process improvements, tools, or talent strategies that will benefit future hiring.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of recruiting experience (in-house or agency); background in consumer goods, retail, or beauty strongly preferred.
  • Proven expertise in scaling brands through effective recruitment strategies and talent pipeline development.
  • Strong sourcing skills, with demonstrated success in finding and engaging top-tier talent across functions.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches and deadlines simultaneously.
  • High-level communication and relationship-building skills, with a candidate-first mindset.
  • Experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, or similar) or highly organized use of spreadsheets/tracking tools.
  • Strategic mindset, with the ability to forecast and anticipate hiring needs in a fast-growing business.
  • High degree of autonomy—comfortable working independently while balancing collaboration in a startup environment.
