Role Overview
As Fresha continues to grow, we’re looking for a talented Video Content Producer to join our global team and bring our product stories to life through high-quality video content for Fresha Academy and beyond.
In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end video production process - from planning and filming to editing, and final delivery. Reporting into the Product Education Content Lead and working closely with the team, you’ll conceptualise, shoot, and produce engaging educational and marketing videos that showcase the features and benefits of the Fresha platform.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll collaborate with a range of teams, while also confidently driving projects independently. You’ll be key to ensuring Fresha Academy’s content is polished, impactful, and aligned with our brand and educational goals.

Key Responsibilities
End-to-end production: Own the full video production workflow, from concept and storyboarding to filming, editing, and delivery.
Creative development: Pitch and shape creative ideas that bring Fresha’s product and business stories to life across Academy lessons and digital platforms.
Filming & direction: Capture high-quality footage, set up and operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment, and direct presenters or contributors confidently.
Editing: Edit, refine, and finalise video content using industry-standard software.
Content consistency: Champion Fresha’s brand identity and ensure content is aligned in tone, style, and quality across all video outputs.
Project management: Manage production schedules and multiple projects at once, delivering on time and to a high standard.
Cross-team collaboration: Partner with Product Education, Product, Design, and Marketing teams to create content that resonates with our global customer base.
Content management: Uphold efficient production and content organisation, ensuring easy access to assets for the wider team.
Nice to have: Ideating and creating motion design and animation to enhance storytelling and learning.

What Were Looking For
Experience: At least 3+ years of experience in video production or a related field, preferably in an educational or SaaS environment.
Technical skills: Skilled in industry-standard editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent).
Storytelling: Strong eye for storytelling, pacing, and visual detail, with the ability to simplify complex ideas into engaging educational content.
Production expertise: Confident operating video, audio, and lighting equipment to capture professional-grade footage.
Independence & collaboration: Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively, taking ownership of creative projects from start to finish.
Creative vision: A self-starter with the confidence to articulate and champion your creative vision while adapting to feedback.
Project management: Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Adaptability: Flexible and adaptable, with a solutions-focused approach to overcoming challenges during production.
Bonus skills: Experience with motion graphics or visual design that can elevate video storytelling.
