As part of our exciting transformation journey at REPA, we are looking for an experienced Global Supply Chain Process Expert (m/f/d) with a focus on Purchasing and Logistics to join us as soon as possible.
Job Description:- Participation in the strategically important “NDS” project for process optimization at a new warehouse location – with a focus on the interface between Purchasing and Logistics
- Analysis, design, and optimization of end-to-end supply chain processes, especially in the areas of procurement and logistics
- Close collaboration with Purchasing, Logistics, IT, and Project Management (PMO) to achieve holistic process improvements
- Development and implementation of measures to increase efficiency, standardize, and digitize existing processes
- Identification and utilization of synergies between entities (both operational and strategic) to optimize internal business processes within the group
- Development and integration of interface solutions for new system landscapes (e.g., WMS, ERP)
- Organization and facilitation of workshops, training sessions, and courses for specialist departments
- Taking on a central expert role for supply chain process optimization at the European level after project completion
- Understanding and consolidation of demand planning in the future supply chain scenario
- Monitoring of relevant KPIs and deriving concrete recommendations for action to ensure continuous process improvement
- Participation in cross-location supply chain initiatives and digitalization projects
- Completed degree in industrial engineering, logistics, business administration, or a comparable qualification with a focus on supply chain management
- Several years of professional experience in purchasing, logistics, or supply chain management – ideally in an international environment
- In-depth knowledge of process management and process modeling (e.g., BPMN)
- Strong understanding of cost structures and total cost of ownership
- Experience working with cross-functional project teams and in change management
- Strategic thinking and strong analytical skills for evaluating complex supply chain relationships
- Excellent communication skills and high intercultural competence
- Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style
- Business-fluent German and English skills; Italian language skills are an advantage
- Very good knowledge of MS Office; ideally experience with WMS and ERP systems; strong IT affinity and understanding of digital process landscapes
