Primary Responsibilities:

As the Associate Product Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with the strategic evaluation of Baker 

Hill’s partner ecosystem. This resource will play a key role in our product management team coordinating the 

evaluation and execution of our partnership program. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fintech, 

exceptional project management skills, and a strong understanding of partner relationships and product 

management.

Essential Functions/Job Duties:

• Program manage the partner evaluation process executing concurrent evaluations. 
• Act as a liaison for partner relationship management, program implementation, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute product roadmap initiatives.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends and potential partner candidates to 
• be evaluated.
• Assist in the development of product requirements and specifications to meet our clients and market needs
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure successful product launches.
• Prepare and deliver RFP responses in a timely and accurate manner.
• Monitor and analyze product and partner performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on industry developments and competitive landscape.

Skills/Qualifications:

• 2+ Proven working experience in partner program management, or related roles within the fintech industry.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external 
• stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of financial services, payments, or banking industry preferred.
• Experience with RFP processes and proposal writing is a plus.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
• Understands who the client is and their needs; provides realistic expectations; establishes specific customer satisfaction 
• standards and actively monitors client satisfaction. Knowledge of organization's methodology and tools 
• Recognizes problems or situations that are new or without clear precedent. Evaluates alternatives and finds solutions using 
• the company’s systematic, multi‐step approach. Develops improvements and innovations to enhance performance.

• open communication on the project team. Addresses delicate situations and handles conflicts in such a way as to maximize 
• opportunity and minimize exposure to risk

Education & Licenses:

B.A or Associates Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related field Required

PMP Required

This position requires regular onsite work at our Carmel, Indiana office. Candidates must be able to commute to and work from this location as part of their role.
