Parts Manager
Loadmaster is a rapidly growing national manufacturer of refuse trucks with customers all over the country. Garbage never stops, it always needs to be picked up no matter the weather or the economy and our products play an integral role in that process. Some of our customers include major cities and hauling companies who depend on our products in order to keep their cities, parks, and towns clean and healthy.
Day to day work in this position consists of working with our dealer network, their parts reps, and customers identifying, pricing, and coordinating parts shipments. This individual is responsible for communicating with production on customer needs, managing parts inventory, and overseeing the shipping and receiving department.
Ideal candidate should possess the following traits:
- Strong organizational skills
- Maintain a high level of quality
- Leadership experience
- Maintain a clean work area
- Communicating with urgency any shortages that develop
- Work with supervisors to coordinate production of parts orders
- Problem solving abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
