We’re looking for a classically trained Line Cook who’s driven by a love for food and a commitment to excellence. You’ll work alongside our Head Chef to prepare and execute fresh, from-scratch meals that delight our clients daily. Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Prepare and cook meals according to weekly menus and recipes
  • Participate in menu meetings with the chapter and Head Chef
  • Ensure high-quality food presentation and flavor
  • Send photos of plated meals to management regularly
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen and dining area
  • Wash and sanitize kitchen utensils, equipment, and dishes
  • Support timely kitchen operations and meal service
  • Assist with training and mentoring kitchen staff
  • Help manage inventory and order supplies within budget
  • Uphold sanitation and food safety standards per state and local regulations
  • Maintain a professional and positive attitude with coworkers and clients
  • Assist with special events and catering as directed
  • Communicate regularly with management via calls, emails, and texts
  • Follow all company policies and procedures

Preferred Education and Experience: 

  • 3+ years in professional, high-volume food production or catering, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Culinary degree is a plus
  • A valid manager level sanitation certification is a plus 


Special Demands: 

  • The work environment can be loud and busy. There are many kitchen hazards such as hot surfaces and liquids, sharp knives, and slippery floors.
  • Capability to work in a kitchen environment that may involve exposure to extreme heat or cold.
  • Required to stand for long periods, up to 8+ hours, as well as walk, bend and stoop.
  • Must be able to lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds.
  • Exposure to cleaning chemicals
