Hiring Range: $63,242 - $98,103
Workdays/Hours: Monday - Friday / 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Position assists and supports multiple project controls or systems related tasks for the GSD Project Management Division on large or multiple projects. The position requires business management acumen and must demonstrate strong leadership, organizational and time management skills, as well as have strong communication and client service skills.
Position Duties
- Establish, upkeep and reinforce PM Division standard operating procedures, templates and project delivery manual.
- Working with PM Division and Contract Compliance group, oversees contract initiation, compliance and maintenance for projects in PM portfolio.
- Working with PM Division and Contract Compliance group, oversee Agenda Item initiation and tracking.
- Oversee and support PM Portfolio with budget and schedule tracking, reporting and issues.
- Oversee and support PM Portfolio with project set-up in PM files, and other tools/systems, as required.
- Oversee and support PM Division Performance Measure metrics in setting, tracking, analyzing and implementing (required recovery measures) for all group Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Leads Project Controls strategy/set-up.
- Oversees systems troubleshooting.
- Takes action on non-compliance issues.
Minimum Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent.
- Three years of paraprofessional support experience in the area of assignment.
Other Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or a directly related field.
- Experience in engineering and/or project management controls.
- Experience maintaining organizational standard operating procedures.
- Experience with MS Office applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
