Daily Printing, a division of Wallace Carlson Printing is looking for a Class A or B delivery driver for a local route. This position is Monday to Friday, day shifts. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast paced environment, with great attention to detail and is a versatile team player. This person must have and maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical. 

Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver product in a safe and professional matter within the Twin Cities metro area
• Maintain a friendly relationship with customers while staying on schedule
• Load and unload truck either individually or with assistance of dockworkers
• Perform frequent lifting, pulling, pushing and carrying of freight
• Be responsible for general maintenance and safe operating conditions of truck and report any problems to the supervisor
• Follow all safety procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors
• Attention to detail
• Clean driving record and DOT physical
• Sitting for long periods of time, walking, bending, reaching and lifting with use of arms and fingers. 
• Pre-employment drug test
• Must be able to regularly lift at least 30 pounds; but up to 50 pounds
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• English speaking; with ability to read, write and comprehend instructions and correspondence

Preferred Qualifications:

• Class A or B CDL license
• Three to five years related experience
• Prior commercial truck driving experience
