What does a landscape maintenance crew member do? 

• Assist in landscape plant and bed maintenance on residential and commercial properties. Pruning trees and shrubs, mulching, weeding, cutbacks, planting and clean ups on a regular schedule. 
• Works well independently as well as on a team while caring for customer properties.  ? Interacts professionally with customers on a daily basis communicating the process and expectations of services. 
• Possesses a general knowledge of proper tree and shrub maintenance practices, as well as tree, shrub, herbaceous perennial and annual plant identification. 
• Is thoughtful and observant with a keen eye for detail. 
•  Continues on the job training for all aspects of RYAN provided services along with recommendations for other RYAN services as needed on their property. 

Requirements

• 6 months of landscape maintenance, horticulture or irrigation experience required. ? Degree in Horticulture or related field, a plus. 
• Valid driver's license is required 
• Ability to obtain DOT medical certification 
• Ability to lift 50lbs 
• Ability to push/pull objects while walking up to 3 miles a day
