Description
The Service Coordinator will serve as the key liaison between customers, vendors, and sales staff to ensure timely processing of warranty and non-warranty service requests. This role involves managing service orders in NetSuite, coordinating repair scheduling, preparing quotes and purchase orders, and providing clear communication and updates throughout the service process. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in customer service, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
What You’ll Do
- Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams by phone, email, and through our company ERP system.
- Process service claims from start to finish, including creating sales orders, scheduling technician visits, preparing quotes, and coordinating repairs.
- Manage vendor purchase orders, track shipping and delivery dates, and keep customers informed with timely updates.
- Ensure service work is scheduled and completed accurately, resolving open items promptly.
- Maintain organized records and contribute to a clean, efficient workspace.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of customer service experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent organization and follow-up abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; NetSuite experience is a plus.
- High school diploma required; additional education or industry experience a bonus.
