We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Revenue Management & Pricing to join our team. In this key role, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth and shaping our pricing strategies across various travel platforms.

What you'll do:

As the Director of Revenue Management & Pricing, you will lead the charge in managing our net rate pricing to ensure maximum savings for our customers while maximizing revenue for the company. You'll be a leader, spearheading cross-functional activities and collaborating with teams across sales, operations, and technology to drive revenue and ensure seamless execution.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the management of net rate pricing and inventory across multiple travel platforms.

  • Analyzing market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.

  • Leveraging advanced analytics and data-driven insights to elevate our pricing strategies.

  • Working closely with development teams to refine pricing logic and algorithms.

  • Implementing and optimizing yield management strategies to increase conversion and revenue.

  • Analyzing supplier performance and negotiating favorable terms.

  • Managing alternative currency and redemption values to optimize costs.

Who you are:

You are a strategic, data-driven professional with a deep understanding of revenue management. You have a knack for identifying trends and developing innovative solutions. A minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue management is required, and experience in the travel industry is a huge plus. We are especially interested in candidates with experience in hotels, cruises, or airlines, but we welcome strong revenue management experience from any background.

The ideal candidate will also have:

  • Experience with loyalty programs and an understanding of OTA systems.

  • Exceptional analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools like advanced Excel.

  • The ability to think strategically and develop innovative pricing and go-to-market strategies.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
