As we expand throughout California, we're hiring driven sales professionals to grow our local maintenance and installation contracts business for HOAs and commercial properties within Bay Area.

Position Overview:

As a Local Outside Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for generating new business by securing preventative maintenance and installation contracts for doors, gates, barriers, and access control systems. You’ll work within a defined territory, supported by Ironsite’s operations and estimating teams. The territory for this role is focused on the Bay Area; San Jose to Oakland, Pleasanton to West Bay. There is an expectation to have presence in our Redwood City office at least once per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect new clients through walk-ins, calls, referrals, and lead tools
  • Schedule and conduct onsite evaluations of customer systems
  • Propose customized maintenance contracts based on client needs
  • Use CRM to track leads, proposals, and closed deals
  • Attend local networking events (e.g., CAI, BOMA) to build relationships
  • Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and service execution
  • Serve as the ongoing relationship owner for closed accounts
  • Estimate sales

Qualifications


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience (preferred in facilities, construction, or security)
  • Excellent communication and consultative selling skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to follow-through
  • Experience with CRM tools like Pipedrive or Salesforce
  • Valid driver's license and local travel within territory required
  • Knowledge of gates, access control, or building systems is a plus
