Dedicated and Flexible N.Y. UNARMED Security Guard to secure premises and personnel for Senior Centers - C+C Apartment Management LLC. Duties include but are not limited to patrolling property, inspecting the building, equipment, and access points, and permitting entry. Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities, informing violators of policy and procedures, permitting entry, and deterring crime. Must be able to write incident reports.

Requirements:
2 year of security guard experience Active Security guard license High School Diploma or GED

Must possess a valid NYS security guard license

All shifts are available (Day, Evening and Overnight)

Fire Guard Certification (F-01) Client is willing to train.
