THE JOB:
As a Poker Dealer, you will bring skill, professionalism, and energy to every hand. More than just running the game, you’ll create a welcoming and exciting atmosphere where guests feel valued and engaged. With your sharp attention to detail, game knowledge, and commitment to outstanding service, you’ll deliver seamless play and unforgettable experiences—helping every guest leave the table with WOW memories that last far beyond their stay.

THE STARTING RATE: $5.55 an hour + tips

THE SCHEDULE:

Day Shift | Part Time

8:00am (earliest) - 9:00pm (latest)

Scheduled in 8 hour increments
Poker Room Overview

DAY TO DAY:

• Conduct and assist with the operation of Poker games
• Maintain a helpful and courteous atmosphere on the game
• Ensure accuracy of table bank, table pot, and table rake
• Verbalize player instructions, rules, or any other information as required in the procedure of the game
• Promote and maintain the highest level of service to all guests while staying alert to their needs and respond effectively to guest inquiries
• Notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, unnatural or irregular play, missing items, or alleged theft

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Holds a High School Diploma or GED
• Demonstrates 1+ years of prior relevant experience Poker dealing in a similar setting
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills
• Looks forward to working with a team to provide positive experiences
