About the Company
We're an early-stage, pre-seed startup revolutionizing medical tourism by helping Americans easily find, compare, book, and prepare for medical procedures overseas. Initially focused on the rapidly growing market for hair transplants, we plan to expand into IVF treatments by Q4 2026, followed by orthopedics, dental care, vision correction, and cosmetic surgeries.
Backed by prominent investor Jason Calacanis, we've raised nearly $1M and are currently doubling our revenue every quarter. As the "Airbnb of medical travel," our marketplace empowers users with end-to-end solutions, from discovery to secure payment processing, creating a seamless international healthcare experience.
This hire will be our 4th U.S. employee, providing a unique opportunity to make a significant impact from day one.
The Opportunity
We're hiring a Founding Growth Marketer who will lead the creation and optimization of marketing channels, starting with influencer marketing. Over the next two years, you'll systematically test and scale additional growth channels (SEO, paid ads, podcasts, affiliates) while hiring and managing execution teams. Successful performance and demonstrated leadership will position you for promotion to Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) within approximately two years.

What You'll Do
- Optimize and scale our influencer marketing strategy
- Sequentially test, build, and scale new marketing channels (SEO, paid ads, podcasts, affiliates)
- Hire and manage teams to execute established channels as you continue building new ones
- Act as a key strategic partner to the founders, directly influencing company growth
- Leverage analytics and performance data to iterate rapidly and effectively
Requirements
- Recent graduate (after 2020) from a top-tier university
- Demonstrated initiative and leadership (e.g., class president, collegiate athlete, entrepreneurial activities)
- Prior experience (or internships) at consumer-focused startups or companies (e.g., HIMSS, Roe, Fora Travel, consumer tech)
- Strong preference for female candidates due to proven effectiveness in influencer marketing outreach
- Comfortable working as an individual contributor in a resource-constrained, early-stage startup environment
