The Investment Manager is an integral member of the Foundation’s Investments team and reports to the director of Impact Investments. The manager is responsible for implementing the Foundation’s Program-Related Investment strategy. Primary responsibilities include sourcing, structuring and monitoring investments as well as providing targeted grant support and technical assistance when appropriate. The manager will also support the impact investment portfolio as needed, including performance analyses and reporting. In addition, the manager will have the opportunity to develop broad exposure to a variety of asset classes in an intellectually stimulating and collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong analytical and assessment skills and financial modeling/analysis experience
  • Exceptional writing skills including experience presenting complex subject matter to nonexperts in understandable terms
  • Related professional or personal experience in strategies that generate positive social impact related to community and economic development (i.e., affordable housing, entrepreneurship, quality jobs, financial inclusion)
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and deliver quality work on time.

Qualified candidates will have the following:

  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field, preference for a graduate degree in business, finance, or related discipline is required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A minimum of 6-8 years of professional experience in banking, finance, real estate, private equity or community development required.
