ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Product Marketing Associate will play a hands-on role in driving Regal.ai’s GTM strategy, storytelling, and enablement for our AI voice platform. This role requires a resourceful and technically curious marketer who thrives at the intersection of product, marketing, and sales. The Product Marketing Associate will be responsible for deeply understanding Regal.ai’s product, owning LLM and voice provider partnerships, and building compelling narratives that drive adoption and market leadership.

This role requires a resourceful and technically curious marketer who thrives at the intersection of product, marketing, and sales. The Product Marketing Associate will be responsible for deeply understanding Regal.ai’s product, owning LLM and voice provider partnerships, and building compelling narratives that drive adoption and market leadership.
The reasonably estimated base salary for this role is provided as a range within this job description. All offers include a competitive equity package and some offers may additionally include a variable compensation component. Actual compensation is determined on an individualized basis taking into consideration factors such as the candidate's skills, location, qualifications, experience, and relevant education or training. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Go-to-Market & Launches: Support product positioning, messaging, and GTM for new features, including announcements, enablement, and supporting demand-gen campaigns.
Internal Enablement: Equip Sales, CS, and Support swith the knowledge, demo assets, and competitive insights needed to confidently represent Regal.ai’s platform.
Content & Thought Leadership: Produce and support case studies, webinars, blogs, videos, and two self-authored thought leadership pieces per week to establish Regal.ai’s category leadership.
Market & Partner Strategy: Conduct competitor research, track AI/LLM trends, and manage relationships with LLM and voice infrastructure partners.
Product Fluency & Demo Assets: Develop deep product understanding and partner with the product team to create videos and collateral that clearly translate technical features into customer value.
ABOUT YOU:
Experience: 1-3 years of product marketing, solutions marketing, or related experience in B2B SaaS (AI, ML, or voice tech background preferred).
Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand and explain technical concepts such as prompting, RAG, SIP, and AI agent workflows; comfortable coordinating with customers, running internal demos, and explaining how features work.
Content Creation: Proven ability to write clear, compelling, and technical content across multiple formats.
Market Awareness: Familiarity with AI/LLM trends and competitive dynamics in the enterprise SaaS landscape.
Project Management: Organized and able to manage multiple launches, partnerships, and content streams simultaneously.
Presentation Skills: Comfortable presenting internally and creating content for external audiences.
