Role Summary:
As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for adopting and rolling out AI tools to maximise effectiveness in account & lead management and distribution. Your core day will be using existing tools and building new AI processes to enable the best output as a Sales Administrator, as you will provide data extraction and research support in building a pipeline of leads for our Sales Development team. You will be collecting data on potential client business information, job titles, and contact information, empowering our Sales Development team to make cold calls. You will be able working on qualification of accounts across the business to ensure we are targeting the right people at the right time. In addition, you will work with sales leadership to pilot and roll out new programs when it comes to lead and account distribution ensuring the success of these programs at scale.
This is a hybrid position in our Toronto office with the expectation of coming in three times a week (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday).

What You'll Be Doing
Track and maintain a lead generation database of potential clients and accounts.
Extract data from Patsnap’s platform into the right format for the task including excel, AI tools and other in-house systems.
Research contact information and titles for Patsnap customer personas.
Provide accurate and timely information to management.
Develop an understanding of Patsnap’s products, services, and user personas.
Become proficient in the sales enablement tech stack (ie. Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha, GPT) to enable efficient lead sourcing to hit role-specific OKRs.Test, evolve and develop new tools and processes at the direction of Sales Leadership, Rev-Ops and your own initiative.
Work on ad-hoc data projects to help Sales leadership's decision-making.
