The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing a wide range of operational and administrative support within the Human Resources team. This position is required to be in the Long Beach office 5 days/week.
How you can make an impact:
Assist HR department in daily administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, invoicing, and maintaining HR records.
Schedule and coordinate interviews, meetings, and appointments for HR personnel.
Manage and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Manage the processing of coding/preparing invoices, oversee, and review monthly expenses, monthly reconciliation and review of HR reports to Senior HR Leadership.
Support HR department in various projects, such as employee surveys and performance evaluations.
Support employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Manage Corporate sponsored events including HR-related events and activities, such as employee recognition programs, LDP events, and wellness initiatives.
Assist in the management of the annual renewal and open enrollment processes.
Perform and assist with invoice audits to ensure accuracy and investigate discrepancies.
Input, audit, and update employee data, as needed, in the HRIS system.
Assist the benefits team, as needed, for employee inquiries.
Generating necessary reports and assisting with data analysis.
Evaluate and revise internal processes to increase efficiencies.
Provide administrative support, as needed, to the Chief People Officer.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of relevant administrative experience required.
Human Resources experience preferrred.
Experience with Microsoft Office required. Experience with Canva preferred.
