We're currently looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to join our Banquet Set-Up Crew on a part-time basis, primarily during early morning hours (starting around 5–6 AM). This is a behind-the-scenes role that is essential to the success of our events — perfect for early risers who like physical work and being part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
What you'll be doing:
Arriving early to prepare event spaces before guests arrive
Setting up tables, chairs, and ceremony seating
Placing linens, glassware, silverware, and décor
Ensuring the venue layout matches the event floor plan
Moving and lifting furniture and equipment (must be able to lift up to 50 lbs)
Working efficiently to meet tight timelines and high standards
Important Note:
This is not a banquet server position — you will not be working during the event itself or serving food/drinks. This role is focused strictly on set-up duties before events begin.
Why choose us:
Flexible part-time hours that are perfect for early birds, students, or those looking to earn extra cash outside of typical 9–5 jobs
A chance to be part of something special and contribute to our couples’ amazing celebrations
Highly recommended workplace: 90% of our full-time team members endorse us as a great place to work, thanks to our collaborative culture and focus on employee satisfaction
The important extras:
- As is typical in the hospitality industry, this position requires regular availability to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, as well as shifts of more than 8 hours and workweeks of more than 40 hours.
