Purpose and Scope: 

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Cryptologic Warfare Tactical Signals Exploitation (CTSE) Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide critical support to the NIWDC that will facilitate alignment and create synergies between the Spectrum Management (SM), Meteorology and Oceanography (METOC), Electronic Warfare (EW), Intelligence and Cryptologic Warfare (CW) communities to enable CTSE agility throughout the electromagnetic spectrum.

Responsibilities: 

· Develop CTSE related Tactics Techniques and Procedures (TTP) s, and doctrine, develop and instruct Warfare Tactics Instructor (WTI) curriculum, develop and review Advance and Integrated Optimized Fleet Response Plan (OFRP) CTSE Training Requirements, develop and review CTSE Advance Exercise (AE) criteria, Navy Training System Plans (NTSP) s and inform the training paths across the IW communities which build upon an well-trained enlisted and officer workforce. 

· Train Information Warfare Community personnel and other Naval Forces in advanced TTPs that cross IW mission areas 

· Support the Information Warfighting Development Center (IWDC), Navy Marine Corps Spectrum Center (NMSC) at the Action Officer Level and when tasked, coordinates with OPNAV, NAVIFOR, IWDC, WDCs, USCG, USMC and Joint community for CTSE related matters

· Provide support of the NIWDC N3 Assured Command and Control (AC2), Integrated Fires (IF) and Battlespace Awareness (BA) mission areas

· Support NIWDC training of EMSO personnel and other naval forces in CTSE Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTP) 

· Provide operational subject matter expertise (SME) both afloat and ashore to include Strike Group Commanders, Numbered Fleet Commanders (NFC), Fleet Commanders, Combatant Commanders (CDDR), WDCs, NWDC, and Naval War College (NWC) supporting real world combat contingencies, planning requirements, day-to-day presence operations, Navy/Joint exercises and Fleet experimentation

Requirements

Required Qualifications: 

• Top Secret Security Clearance 
• Bachelor of Science (BS) Degree in STEM related field OR equivalent military service
• Ten (10) or more years of experience with Cryptologic Warfare Tactical Signals Exploitation Support
• Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to draft clear and concise responses, presentations, and reports
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Working Environment:
eSimplicity supports a remote work environment operating within the Eastern time zone so we can work with and respond to our government clients. Expected hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern unless otherwise directed by your manager.
Occasional travel for training and project meetings. It is estimated to be less than 25% per year.
