Customer Service Representative – Lehi, UT

Your role:

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, daytime hours
   
• Track and trace daily shipments to ensure on-time delivery
   
• Accurately document and report shipment updates and issues
   
• Communicate proactively with customers, carriers, and internal teams
   
• Support the sales team and other departments to maintain smooth operations
   
• Provide excellent customer service and problem resolution
