What You�ll Do:

As a General Manager at CollisionRight, you�ll be responsible for:

• Driving Success: Lead shop operations with a focus on financial performance, KPIs, and continuous improvement.

• Team Leadership: Hire, train, develop, and coach your team to achieve excellence.

• Customer Focus: Build strong relationships with customers, insurance partners, and vendors to encourage repeat and referral business.

• Operational Excellence: Oversee workflow, quality control, and compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.

• Problem-Solving: Handle customer concerns quickly and effectively, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.

What You Bring:

• Experience: 3+ years of management experience in the collision repair industry.

• Leadership: Strong communication and coaching skills to motivate and develop your team.

• Business Acumen: Understanding of P&L, KPIs, and operational best practices.

• Commitment to Excellence: A drive to deliver quality service, safe repairs, and exceptional results.

• Requirements: Valid driver�s license. Bachelor�s degree preferred, but not required.
