Black Elk is seeking a highly motivated and collaborative resource paraprofessional to join our team. We’re looking for someone passionate about supporting students, thrives in a team environment, and is eager to make a meaningful difference in children’s lives.
What You’ll Do:
- Work closely with individual students and small groups in a variety of settings throughout the day to support learning goals in reading, writing, math, and social skills.
- Collaborate effectively with teachers to provide targeted support, share progress data, and adjust strategies to meet student needs.
- Create and maintain a positive, supportive, and inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement and success. Assist students with organization, staying on task, and completing assignments.
Working Hours:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8:30-3:30
Wednesday 8:30-2:30
