Major/Essential Functions
- Serve as primary Procurement Card reconciler
- Receive and upload receipts for faculty, staff, and students in Emburse Enterprise System (formerly Chrome River)
- Reconcile expenses in accordance with TTU Procurement Card policy
- Includes any necessary documentation (food forms, missing receipt forms, tax reimbursements, software approvals, vendor hold searches)
- Coordinate with Business Manager for necessary funding allocations
- Serve as primary Travel Coordinator
- Receive and process requests for travel to and from TTU for official TTU business to include:
- ECE Chairman
- Graduate Seminar speakers
- Faculty candidates
- ECE faculty, staff, and students
- Receive and process requests for travel to and from TTU for official TTU business to include:
- Serve as first point of contact for the ECE Main Office and Department, including:
- Answer and direct, phone calls to the main office.
- Perform general administrative tasks to support faculty and staff.
- Greet and direct visitors.
- Document and sign for all incoming packages.
- Perform administrative tasks for the Chairman:
- Primary contact for chairman's calendar for scheduling meetings and events.
- Schedule, attend and keep minutes for all faculty meetings.
- Help in direct marketing efforts to include department newsletters, fliers and website. Some of this would be in co-ordination with other staff in the department.
- Coordinate with IAB (Industrial Advisory Board) Chairperson for biannual meetings to include:
- conference room scheduling, on-campus parking reservation, and meetings with ECE faculty, staff, and students
- Other duties as assigned by Chairman.
