Project Coordinator

Location: Elkhorn, NE

Prime Connected is seeking a Project Coordinator who can keep large low voltage projects organized, on time, and on budget. This role is ideal for someone with experience in low voltage, construction, or working alongside field technicians, and who excels in problem solving, balancing schedules, budgets, and people to deliver results.

What You’ll Do

• Manage project details in our CRM system.
• Coordinate with clients and field technicians across nationwide projects.
• Build and maintain cabling project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
• Ensure materials, resources, and deliverables are in place for field teams.
• Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to keep everything on track.

What We’re Looking For

• Background in low voltage, cabling, fiber, DAS, construction, or related industries preferred.
• Experience working with technicians or project coordination strongly valued.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Confident and professional communicator who can resolve issues quickly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Pay & Benefits

• Salary: $50,000 – $70,000 annually, depending on experience (flexible for the right candidate).
