ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports for the corporate accounting department.
- Support month-end and quarter-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Participate in financial statement analysis and variance reporting.
- Work with investment-related accounting data, including portfolio valuation and fund accounting processes.
- Conduct research on accounting standards, tax regulations, and industry best practices as needed.
- Perform ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as assigned.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software.
- Basic understanding of financial statements, GAAP, and accounting principles.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in the investment banking and financial services industry.
