MAINTENANCE en Beacon Hill at Eastgate

Beacon Hill at Eastgate is looking for a full-time 3rd shift Custodian to join our amazing team!

Shift: Full Time Night Shift (80 hours per bi-weekly pay period)

Wage: Competitive Wages that vary based on experience

Department: Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Nightly carpet cleaning in common spaces throughout the campus.
• Nightly trash removal throughout the campus
• Addresses any emergency work orders that may arise across the campus
• Assists overnight Security Guards when necessary
• Completes daily task work
• Follows established safety rules and regulations and maintains a safe and clean environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
