Mobile Maintenance Technician II en Princeton Property Management

Princeton Property Management is looking for an experienced Mobile Maintenance Tech II for the Reflections at Hidden Creek and Nolan Ridge Apartments in Keizer.

We’re seeking someone who’s skilled, reliable, and ready to make a difference in our communities. If you’re passionate about property maintenance and enjoy working independently across multiple sites, we’d love to hear from you!

Monday through Friday -The wage range depending on experience is $27.00 to $30.00.  All offers will vary based on applicant experience, skills, abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data.  Also offered are a monthly $25.00 phone, $50 auto reimbursement, and bonus opportunities.

What is needed from you:

Experience in property or apartment maintenance is required, including minor electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
Maintain clean exterior of grounds, including adjacent streets, which affects curb appeal daily.
Maintain common, garbage dumpster and trash receptacle areas.
Complete apartment turns.
Complete resident maintenance requests promptly and thoroughly.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working area.
Perform preventative maintenance inspections.
