We are seeking a Sales Administrative Assistant to join our team. You will be responsible for managing the entire quoting process, ensuring compliance of all information, and providing administrative support to the sales team. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth project execution and client satisfaction, while working independently in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the full preparation process for quotes and ensure their compliance.
  • Meet deadlines and proactively manage priorities.
  • Track your own projects while keeping internal tools and systems up to date for client communication.
  • Support the sales team in project follow-ups, order confirmation, and deposit collection.
  • Gather, analyze, and compile client requests provided by the sales team and share the information with relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and reliable internal systems to ensure smooth information flow.
  • Read and interpret architectural plans and elevations.
  • Perform other related tasks as required.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in an administrative assistant role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel (Pivot Tables/Vlookup).
  • Experience with an ERP system (SAP is a plus).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Professionalism, integrity, and strong prioritization skills.
  • Project Management of multiple assignments/tasks
