What will you be doing:
As a The Credentialing Specialist is responsible for auditing, collecting, and creating comprehensive employee files. This role ensures all staff members possess the required licenses and credentials in accordance with regulatory entities. The Credentialing Specialist will also focus on optimizing current processes, tracking progress, and maintaining templates to ensure operational efficiency.
What will you come with:
- 1 + years of HR or General Administrative experience preferably within Healthcare.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to use various computer programs and applications,
- Ability to work closely with multi-disciplinary healthcare team.
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Bilingual Spanish a plus
- Associates Degree in Healthcare Administration or related Field preferred
