Utility Crew Technician - 1st shift en Cooper Farms

Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 1st shift Utility Crew Technician to join our team in Oakwood. 

SHIFT HOURS: Monday through Friday approximately 7:00am-4:00pm, with occasional weekend work.

STARTING HOURLY RATE: $18.85 with the potential of increasing to $20.80 after 90 days

ADDITIONAL PAY: Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance)

All training will be provided for this entry level position.  Job functions include:

• Hauling manure and turkeys when needed
• Assist the Clean Out Crew when needed
• Assist in mowing, chopping, and plowing snow as needed
• Power washing trucks, trailers, and other equipment
