Key Responsibilities
- Lead and Inspire: Manage and elevate the performance of maitre d’ and Outlet Managers.
- Strategic Planning: Plan and schedule service staff and utilities for peak efficiency.
- Build Relationships: Foster positive connections with Outlet Managers and Head Office.
- Mentor and Coach: Conduct impactful coaching and mentoring sessions.
- Evaluate and Innovate: Assess restaurant operations and introduce new standards.
- Implement Excellence: Roll out new procedures to enhance service quality.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Diploma from a recognized Restaurant or Hotel apprenticeship/study program or bachelor’s degree in hospitality science, or equivalent experience.
- Proven work experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or comparable position for at least 5 years in a 4 or 5-star environment (based on Swiss standards).
- Skilled in multitasking and managing constantly changing priorities.
- Strong leadership abilities.
- Proven skills in planning, organization, and collaboration.
- Skilled in consulting, needs assessment, and problem-solving.
- Extensive knowledge of Public Health regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; competent in writing and producing operational documentation.
- Extensive knowledge of Public Health regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and general PC skills, including web navigation.
- Experience with ordering systems (e.g., DMS, SilverWhere, Micros, Symphony).
- Ability to conduct training sessions and maximize guest satisfaction.
- Collaborative spirit to work closely with the Culinary Team and manage inventory.

Physical & Travel Requirements
- For the safety of yourself and others on board certain physical abilities shall be maintained.
- A lot of travel is required.
- Must maintain physical fitness to perform tasks associated with job.
- Passport – valid for a minimum of 6-month Flag state issued seaman book
- General flag state or flag state approved marine fitness medical United States C1/D visa
- English Marlin test at minimal score of 80% Pre-employment medical examination.
