WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Complete nightly invoicing.
- Answering phones.
- Complete tonnage reports including shortages and returns.
- Perform remote deposits by creating lists, scanning to bank and ensuring accuracy.
- Interaction with both internal and external customers.
- Effectively communicate and interface well with all departments.
Requirements
WHAT YOU'LL HAVE
- Experience in food distribution and familiarity with routing and customer deliveries is a plus.
- Prior data entry experience is a plus.*
- Prior experience using MS Office and an AS400 system is a plus.*
- Prior cashier experience a plus.*
- Ability to work well with all departments.
- Ability to work overtime and fluctuating hours when needed.
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
- Skilled in organization and prioritization, and attention to detail.
*Willing to train in the above areas. * Training will be done on all three shifts, days afternoons and nights*
