About AMS: 

 AMS Professional Liability, originally Agency Marketing Services, Inc., was formed in 1982 as a wholesale brokerage firm and program administrator to assist the independent insurance agent with the placement of professional and management liability.  

Over the past three decades, we have developed our operations and specialty products, including appointments with over 100 insurance carriers. This provides us with a competitive edge in finding the broadest coverage for the best price in the marketplace.  We also hold a Surplus Lines License in 41 States, helping coverage placement for those who might not fit within the standard market.

Requirements

We are seeking a detail-oriented and client focused customer service representative (CSR) to join our team in the professional insurance brokerage industry.  The CSR will work with a team of individuals that work with clients, brokers, and underwriters, ensuring timely and accurate handling of policies, endorsements, and service requests.  This role requires strong communication skills, and organizational abilities.  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required. 
• An understanding of insurance processes is preferred but not a must.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
