We're looking for a Sr Delivery Manager to join our Asset Management area. In this role, you'll enable delivery success through strategic alignment and collaboration across a product family, including identifying and creating delivery plans and ensuring teams are executing on the delivery strategy. You'll partner closely with product managers, engineering and the business to align business goals with delivery feasibility and capacity and drive roadmap execution and milestone planning.
You'll have the opportunity to:
- Lead and optimize delivery systems across multiple teams, applying Agile principles to initiatives of varying scope and duration by balancing iterative development with structured planning, milestone tracking, and continuous improvement
- Coach and develop teams in problem-solving, fostering a learning culture that emphasizes product mindset, technical excellence, and high-quality solutions across both short-term and long-term delivery efforts
- Drive strategic initiatives by articulating clear objectives, rallying support, and implementing improvements across the software delivery system, adapting delivery approaches to meet the needs of diverse project timelines
- Manage cross-functional relationships and communication, proactively addressing dependencies and impediments while engaging effectively with business stakeholders in environments that require both agility and disciplined coordination
- Demonstrate Lean Leadership principles, facilitating collaboration across teams and nurturing talent through mentorship, training, and advocacy for experimentation—while supporting delivery models that span iterative and phased approaches
- Own and provide expertise on large-scale solutions, with proven success in enhancing stability, performance, and scalability of business-critical systems through a pragmatic blend of Agile and structured delivery methods

Who You Are:- Associate's or Bachelor's degree (preference in a computer science, technology, engineering or math-related field) or equivalent experience
- 6+ years experience managing software/application development projects
- Strong relationship management, stakeholder management, and informal leadership experience with both IT and non-IT partners
- Ability to lead multiple concurrent projects, activities and tasks under time constraints
- Ability to partner with executives and partners regarding of project scope and status
- Advanced strategic planning/organizational, problem-solving, analytical, decision-making and communication skills

- 6+ years of Agile team experience in a software environment
- Experience with Altassian Tools (Jira), Confluence

Work Environments
This role offers an in-office and hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek) work arrangement in Des Moines, IA, Charlotte, NC, Raleigh, NC, Chicago, IL, or New York, NY.
