We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our healthcare team. As an LVN, you will play a vital role in supporting patients' health and well-being through direct care and collaboration with healthcare professionals.
Duties
- Monitor and record vital signs, ensuring accurate documentation of patient health status.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing diagnostic evaluations, and assisting with daily living activities.
- Assist in ventilating patients as needed and provide catheter care to ensure comfort and hygiene.
- Collaborate with registered nurses and physicians in case management to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation for all patient interactions and treatments.
- Support patients emotionally and physically while promoting their independence and dignity.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance nursing skills.
Years of Experience: 1 year(s)
Certifications: AK license MUST be in hand, BLS
LTAC Experience: Preferred
Travel Experience Required: Yes
Requirements
- Valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state of practice.
- Experience in nursing home or ICU settings is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in monitoring vital signs and performing diagnostic evaluations.
- Ability to lift patients safely and provide physical support as needed.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Knowledge of medical documentation standards and practices.
- Commitment to providing compassionate care with a focus on patient-centered outcomes.

Day 4x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00)
