Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It:

As our next Quality Analyst, you’ll be at the forefront of maintaining and improving our quality management system in compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer-specific requirements. Your expertise in problem solving, audits, corrective actions, and analysis will be essential in driving continuous improvement and ensuring customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Maintain and improve the quality management system according to IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer requirements
• Participate in internal, external, and certification audits (process, dock, layered, and supplier audits)
• Coordinate corrective and preventive actions using 8D, 5W2H, Ishikawa, and similar methods
• Manage CS-1 and TPPA activities
• Audit rejection notes daily, monitor issuance and closure of supplier claims, and update supplier scorecards
• Prepare periodic reports with quality KPIs
• Release incoming materials according to established procedures
• Organize movement and location of nonconforming parts and coordinate containment actions with suppliers
• Perform dimensional analyses with available instruments and operate CMM for programs and reports
• Conduct failure analyses (including electrical) and prepare reports
• Review laboratory procedures and instructions
• Organize logistics for receiving and shipping warranty parts
• Support internal and external calibration control

What We’re Looking For:

• Technical or university degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of quality experience in automotive companies (Tier 1 or Tier 2)
• Expertise in Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC), IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and OEM customer requirements
• Proficiency with ERP systems, advanced Excel, and collaborative tools (e.g., Smartsheet)
•  English: Speaking Skills - mandatory.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Proficiency in Portuguese
