Key Responsibility:

  • Lead a team of 19 supply planners (w-m-d) across Europe, including 2 managers (w-m-d)

  • Improve efficiency in the process to identify under/over sellers to trigger adjustments to the purchasing plan promptly

  • Lead communication with the manufacturing facilities to expedite/de-expedite based on sales and forecast development

  • Drive monthly supply planning activities to fulfill the needs of the planning cycles

  • Build reliable purchasing plans and Inventory projection

  • Develop efficiency programs to continuously improve quality and execution speed within the supply department

  • Provide all stakeholders with clear visibility of product availability and oversee inbound planning

  • Drive product life cycle management

Your toolbox should include:

  • Extensive experience in senior roles within S&OP departments

  • Excellent understanding of Inventory Management and Service Levels across the Pan-European region

  • Strong expertise in advanced MRP and DRP applications at both Pan-European and Global levels

  • Willingness to travel as required by business needs, typically between 4 and 8 days per month.

  • Fluent in English, Spoken and Written
