Is this the role for you?

As a Production Technician working in the field, you will:

• Provide technical service to customers, including installation, maintenance and repair of Ricoh Production Printing equipment.
• Perform Production Print service calls that achieve the service objectives of customer satisfaction and nationally set service KPI’s.
• Discuss any problems and machine faults with customers in a professional and courteous manner, advising the customer on all aspects of the service call.
• Maintain accurate records of all service visits through our Ricoh Service mobile application.
• Manage and control vehicle stock, to improve first time fix levels to customers, and ensure vehicle stock on hand accuracy.
• Improve and maintain customer relationships to ensure customer retention and satisfaction through ownership of problems and resolving them.
• Work with all Production Print staff to deploy national service strategies on time and within budget.

To be successful in this role:

You will have:

• Previous Experience in a similar role servicing Digital Printing equipment or similar electro-mechanical devices
• Excellent Interpersonal and customer handling skills  
• Proven fault-finding technique
• Ability to work autonomously in fast paced environment
• Strong technical ability and knowledge
• A desire to learn
