Traffic Clerk - NM en New Millennium

The Dispatcher would help with daily functions related to the various areas listed below.

RESPONSIBILITIES (includes but not limited to)

• Responsibilities in assigned territory include:
• Coordinate Deliveries with customers.
• Tracking job status once load dates are added in OIS.
• Create Bill of Lading once loads are built.
• Verify all material has been loaded per OIS.
• Coordinate with yard/traffic.
• Assist with freight invoices.
• Confirm schedule with customer before wood is applied to woodnailer projects.

• Shared responsibilities include:
• Manage the dispatch schedule in OIS
• Assist with other tasks as it relates to Dispatch
• Buyout Deck

REQUIRED:

• Customer service oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Assertive & confident attitude
• Ability to multi-task efficiently
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Basic math and computer Skills

PREFERRED:

• Knowledge of OIS and JEDI software programs
• Understanding of shipping restrictions and guidelines
• Excel knowledge
