Responsibilities:

  • Sales of Aareon products and services to existing customers in the housing industry in Berlin and Brandenburg (Upsell and Cross-Sell)

  • Development and implementation of a sustainable account plan to increase revenue and customer retention

  • Building long-term strategic partnerships with existing customers and identifying new business opportunities

  • Managing the entire sales process – from analyzing customer needs and preparing offers to contract negotiation and closure

  • Close collaboration with internal teams such as Presales, Solution Sales, and Customer Success Management

  • Supporting revenue marketing in targeted campaigns

  • Monitoring and professionally managing customer relationships to drive revenue growth and increase customer satisfaction

Your Profile:

  • Completed studies in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a comparable vocational qualification, supplemented by relevant professional experience with a sales focus

  • Several years of experience in B2B sales and account management, ideally in the IT or SaaS sector with a focus on the real estate industry

  • Strong knowledge of processes in the housing industry

  • Market expertise in the housing sector in Berlin/Brandenburg

  • High level of initiative, negotiation skills, and strategic thinking

  • Passion for working with customers and developing long-term business relationships

  • Willingness to travel within the sales region

  • Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
