We’re on the lookout for a Quality Partner to champion food safety, compliance, and continuous improvement at our Lidcombe site. If you're passionate about quality and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this is your chance to make a real impact.
You will work full time, Monday – Friday and be based at our Lidcombe Processing Factory.
What does your role look like?
As a Quality Partner, you’ll be at the heart of our operations - actively present on the factory floor, working shoulder-to-shoulder with the processing team to ensure our seafood products meet the highest standards. You’ll lead on the line and in-process monitoring, verification, and sampling programs, while supporting HACCP reviews, GMP inspections, pest control, and retention sampling. Your keen eye for detail and commitment to excellence will help prevent non-conformances, quality incidents, and customer feedback through investigations with precision and care.
Beyond the production line, you’ll play a key role in maintaining compliance through documentation, training records, and KPI reporting. You’ll be a vital link between internal and external stakeholders such as certification bodies, auditors, regulators, and customers. With a diverse seafood portfolio and a dynamic environment, this role offers the opportunity to influence quality outcomes, drive continuous improvement, and build strong relationships across the business.
