• Assist in managing day-to-day bar operations with a focus on efficiency and guest satisfaction
• Champion exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons
• Drive financial performance through budget management, stock control and labour oversight
• Ensure compliance with OH&S and food safety standards
• Lead, train and motivate a diverse team to consistently exceed expectations
• Promote and celebrate our craft beer offering, ensuring staff are knowledgeable and guests are engaged

• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a busy bar or restaurant setting
• Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
• A genuine interest in craft beer and the ability to share that enthusiasm with guests and team members
• Energetic, guest-focused and self-motivated with strong leadership skills
• Skilled in team development, recruitment and performance coaching
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster
