Affidavit Specialist en Stenger & Stenger, PC

Position Summary:

This position is focused on the management and organization of electronic documents for submissions to the court and /or client. You will be an integral part of the court document processing function.  We will rely on your detail-oriented skillset for accuracy in managing the documents.  You will have client interaction through email requiring professional writing skills.  Prior experience in the legal field is a plus but, not a requirement.  Professional communication skills are required, both written and verbal. Knowledge of Adobe is preferred as the compilation and redaction of documents will largely be done within Adobe. You will be responsible for compiling the appropriate documents, redacting them, and exchanging them with clients for signature. A high level of organization skills are required as you will be managing documents for many different clients across many different areas.

Minimum Requirements: 

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Strong organizational skills 
• Proficient computer skills 
• Prefer experience in Adobe editing 
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Work well in a team environment as well as independently  
• Detail Oriented
