Role: Nurse Practitioner
Location/Type: Pinehurst, NC • Onsite in skilled nursing/long-term care
Pay: Top market pay + $15,000 clinical quality bonus
Schedule: Mon–Fri, days • No on-call • No weekends
What you’ll do
Own your patient panel (no rushing)
Manage chronic conditions + do full assessments
Close care gaps (HEDIS and STAR measures)
Lead care planning with your team
Keep families informed and supported
Must-haves
Active, unrestricted APN license in North Carolina
Board certified + Medicare credentialed
6+ months skilled nursing or long-term care experience
Comfortable with digital tools + team-based care
Willing and able to travel regionally as required
