We are currently seeking a full-time Substance Use Disorder Supervisor in Lancaster, Ohio.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The SUD Supervisor oversees operations and provides services in three key areas:
Program Management: Oversee the operations of the Substance Use Disorder, Intensive Outpatient Program, and Medically Assisted Treatment teams, including: providing clinical supervision, assuring quality care & services, assure appropriate levels of billable services and all required clinical documentation completed accurately and in a timely manner, strive for timely client accessibility to agency care, assist in agency compliance with external regulatory bodies, lead supervised staff in attainment of relevant agency performance indicators, strive to expand existing services, assist with the development of relevant clinical policies for supervised teams.
Personnel Management: Manage all personnel functions related to the departments referenced above, recruit, hire, discharge staff in consultation with CEO, monitor direct report staff performance and oversee monitoring of line staff clinical performance, assure timely completion of performance evaluations, foster professional growth, assure provision of appropriate training opportunities, assure attention to client and family cultural needs.
Direct Clinical Services: Provide direct clinical services (SUD counseling/psychotherapy) on an as needed basis.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field with Ohio Clinical Licensure (LSW/LISW/LPC/LPCC) and/or Substance Abuse Licensure (LCDC III or LICDC) preferred, but consideration given to individuals with a background in healthcare, nursing, business, etc., or that have practical experience in the Recovery community. Employee must be self-directed, highly motivated and familiar with the addictions process and a desire to be of service to this community.. Other necessary skills include: supervision, leadership, excellent written & verbal communication skills and computer literacy . Individual must also be familiar with other appropriate evidence-based practices, and must be sensitive and attentive to the cultural needs of agency clients.
