E&M Technologies, Inc. is currently seeking a Senior Special Security Technician to join our team in Fort Meade, MD in support of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). DIA provides intelligence on foreign militaries and their operating environments so the United States and its allies can prevent and decisively win wars. It serves everyone from the president to the soldier in combat through a combination of expert analysis, intelligence gathering, and cutting-edge science and technology.  

Job Responsibilities: 

Provides administrative operations support to the Directorate of Intelligence, that may include the following, as required: Perform administrative functions related to personnel security processing, visit requests, command indoctrinations and debriefs, and administrative support in coordinating, scheduling senior level video teleconference meetings, securing spaces for appropriate conference rooms, and dissemination of documents for executive daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings attended by DIA, USCYBERCOM, Cyber Mission Force, and NSA personnel. 

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:  

• Bachelor’s Degree and 12+ years of experience with supporting SSOs and programs in military intelligence or intelligence community environments 
• Experience with controlling access to Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (SCI) and SCI Facilities (SCIFs) 
• Experience with conducting SCI security indoctrinations, debriefings, and trainings 
• Experience with conducting audits and inspections of classified material and classified material storage facilities 
• Knowledge of DoD and IC SCI and SCIF requirements 
• Knowledge of SCI and processing and eligibility requests 
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment 
• Must be a U.S. Citizen 
• Must have and be capable of maintaining a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance at the required level 

Preferred Qualifications:  

• Experience with US Cyber Command or component organizations 
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
